After just over two years of intensive work, our Career Paths Inclusive project is coming to an end and we are looking forward to showing off our success at our events in Austria, the Czech Republic, Germany and Slovakia. Our plan of hosting larger in-person events in which our young Deaf experts present the Career Paths toolkit has had to be abandoned due to COVID-19.
We remain unbeaten! How can we spread the word about our project to as many people as possible without endangering the health of our guests? Events are taking place in February and March 2021, hosted by all partners, either in a smaller setting under strict physical distancing regulations, or online. During the events in Austria, participants are pretested, maintain 2-metre physical distance, and wear masks. We’re making the best of the situation … the show (project) must go on!
Don’t worry if you can’t attend one of the events. We are producing event videos in which you will see how to use the Career Paths Inclusive, what the tool contains, and most importantly, the opinions, experiences and recommendations of our deaf youth and trainers who have worked on the project.
